INITIATE RETURN / EXCHANGE

If you're reading this, stop worrying! We have an easy 7-day return/exchange policy. The return/exchange window starts from the day your package was delivered. 

POINTS TO FOLLOW FOR SMOOTH EXCHANGE/RETURN:

By opting to return/exchange, we consider, the customer agrees with the following conditions and requirements given below.

 

RETURN/EXCHANGE CONDITIONS:

EXCHANGE: 

  1. Exchange accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  2. Exchange accepted for defect, for change in size, color, product
  3. We only allow exchanges on items that are new and have not been worn, washed or altered.
  4. Ordered Products can be exchanged once, free of charge.
  5. If customer wants to EXCHANGE for SECOND TIME, they need to SELF SHIP the product to our office address.
  6. An order that has been EXCHANGED, cannot be RETURNED.
  7. To maintain strict hygiene standards for our products, we do not accept returns or Exchanges on SOCKS.
  8. For Exchanges with the lower-value product, we will refund you the money to your original mode of payment, or through a Razor pay Payout link.
  9. For Exchanges with higher value products, we will share you UPI/payment link to make the balance amount payment. Once done, we will initiate reverse pick up of the exchanged product.
  10. If the photo is not proper, your request will be rejected.
  11. In case your PIN code is non-serviceable for a reverse pick-up, you’ll have to courier the product(s) to our office address. (Note: Shipping Charges are Non-Refundable).

 

RETURN: 

  1. Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  2. Returns accepted for defects, for changes in size, color, product
  3. We only allow Returns on items that are new and have not been worn, washed or altered.
  4. An order that has been EXCHANGED, cannot be RETURNED.
  5. If an order contains multiple items and a return request is placed, only a single deduction of Rs.150 will be made for the entire order. However, for each individual return request submitted, a deduction of Rs.150 will apply. {This means if you return multiple items in separate requests, each request will incur a Rs.150 deduction}
  6. To maintain strict hygiene standards for our products, we do not accept returns or Exchanges on SOCKS.
  7. If the photo is not proper, your request will be rejected.
  8. Any items purchased with COMBO offers or any such promotions, those orders will not be eligible for returns. (Note: But still you can proceed with an Exchange).
  9. In case your PIN code is non-serviceable for a reverse pick-up, you’ll have to courier the product(s) to our office address. (NoteShipping Charges are Non-Refundable).

  

PROCESS FOR INITIATING RETURN/EXCHANGE ON PORTAL

  1.  Click on the return/exchange link, given below and fill in the required details.
  2. For order ID, you can refer to your order confirmation email/WhatsApp or login to your account at urturms.com
  3.  Upload one image of the product with the tags visible, the cloth bag, and the box.
  4. If the photo is not proper, your request will be rejected.

         

  1. Depending on the details provided by the customer, a request can take time to be approved up to 24-48 hours. Once images are verified, and a request is approved, we will schedule pickup of the return/exchange product from your doorstep.
  2. When returning please ensure that the product is appropriately folded, with tags attached. Kindly pack it with a plastic cover, cloth bag, and cardboard box.) The product should be in resalable condition and should not be used or washed.
  3. The order number should be visible on the packaging or paste a paper where the order number is visible, then only we can identify your order once it reaches our warehouse. IF NO ORDER NUMBER IS VISIBLE, THE PACKAGE MAY NOT BE TRACKABLE AT OUR WAREHOUSE, LEADING TO BE MARKED AS LOST OR UNDELIVERED, RESULTING IN REFUND/EXCHANGE DELAYS

PROCESS FOR REVERSE PICKUP @ EXCHANGE/REFUND OF ORDER AFTER INITIATING OF RETURN/EXCHANGE

 

  1. After approval of the request, order items will be picked up from your doorstep in 3-4 days by our courier partners (Bluedart/Delhivery/DTDC/Ecom).
  2. Please ensure to include the given details with the return package, as informed in the above given, RETURN/EXCHANGE CONDITIONS, to ensure faster exchange/refund, once the package reaches our warehouse.
  3. Post pickup, order will reach our warehouse in 4-7 days. QC will be completed in days' time. On receipt of the QC request, we immediately issue a refund to the returned order.
  4. Thus, from reverse pick up of RETURN products to refund, will take 7-10 days. 
  5. For a PREPAID order, the refund will be directly credited to the original mode of payment. After initiating the refund, depending on the customer's bank, it may take 4-7 days for the refunded amount to reflect in the account
  6. For COD orders, the refund will be done by Razor Pay, payout link. The customer has to fill in the details in the link to get the refund from Razor Pay. Depending on the customer's bank, it may take 4-7 days for the refunded amount to reflect in the account.

 

FURTHER DETAILS ON THE REFUND PROCESS: 

 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again for deposits from Unwind Minds Private Limited. Due to bank policies, there is often some processing time of about 4-7 working days before a refund is posted.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and he will find out about your return.

The actual color of the product may slightly vary due to photographic lighting sources or your device.
