Return and Exchange Policy
If you're reading this, stop worrying! We have an easy 7-day return/exchange policy. The return/exchange window starts from the day your package was delivered. The apparel should be in a resalable condition with its tags intact. It should not be damaged or washed. Keep your order number handy!
(While uploading the images, upload one image of the product with the tags and other image of cloth bag and the box.
When returning please ensure that the product is appropriately folded, with tags attached. Kindly pack it with the plastic cover, cloth bag, and cardboard box.)
Exchanges
We have an easy 7-day exchange policy. Exchanges are accepted for the following reasons:
- The size didn't work for you
- You want a different colour
- You want a different design
- You got a defective Product
We only allow exchanges on items that are new and have not been worn or washed. A product that has been exchanged once cannot be exchanged again.
Socks are not eligible for exchange or returns.

We try our best to pickup the product to be returned via our courier partners. In case we aren't able to find a courier partner which pickup from your location, then we request you to self ship the product to the original shipping address via a courier partner of your choice. We reimburse upto Rs. 120 as the courier charges (on Exchange only). We recommend using India Post to ship your product. Please email us the courier receipt, once you ship the package.
When exchanging your purchased product, please co-operate with the Courier service provider instructed to collect your exchange item.
Your exchange will be processed after we receive the item in the mail. The replacement item can take up to a week to ship out.
Also please note that the Courier service provider is required to check the product for verification.
The verification process includes checking of Turms tag, checking for use and damage.
Return
We have an easy 7-day return policy. Returns are accepted for any reason, but please give us a brief explanation as to why you'd like to return the item so that we can continue striving to be better. At the moment, we are unable to return a product that has already been exchanged once.

Please email us the courier receipt, once you ship the package. When returning your purchased product, please co-operate with the Courier service provider instructed to collect your return item.
Innerwear and socks are not eligible for return. If you have applied any promo code or discount code at the time of purchase, we only refund the adjusted amount. However, we process exchanges if the order fulfills our exchange policy.
A deduction of 150 rupees per box will be made from the refund amount due to shipping charges in all return orders.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 1-2 business days.
Cod fees are non-refundable.
To obtain a refund for Cash on Delivery (COD) or COD orders that have been converted to prepaid orders, we will send you a Razorpay payout link via WhatsApp, SMS, or email. Once you provide the necessary information, the amount will be credited to you immediately.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again for deposits from Unwind Minds Private Limited..Due to bank policies, there is often some processing time of about 4-7 working days before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@urturms.com.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
The actual color of the product may slightly vary due to photographic lighting sources or your device.
