If you're reading this, stop worrying! We have an easy 7-day return/exchange policy. The return/exchange window starts from the day your package was delivered. 


By opting to return/exchange, we consider, the customer is in agreement with the following conditions and requirements  given below




  1. Exchange accepted within 7 days from date of delivery.
  2. Exchange accepted for defect, for change in size, colour,  product
  3. We only allow exchanges on items that are new and have not been worn or washed or altered.
  4. Ordered Products can be exchanged once, free of charge.
  5. If customer wants to EXCHANGE for SECOND TIME, they need to SELF SHIP the product to our office address.
  6. An order that has been EXCHANGED TWICEcannot be RETURNED or EXCHANGED
  7. Socks are not eligible for exchange or returns.
  8. For Exchange with lower value product, we will refund you the money to your original mode of payment, or through a Razor Pay,pay out link.
  9. For Exchange with higher value product, we will share you upi/payment link to make the balance amount payment. Once done, we will initiate reverse pick up of exchanged product.

  4. Returns on orders WITHOUT EXCHANGE, will be DEDUCTED Rs 150 during refund.
  5. Returns on orders WITH 1 EXCHANGE, will be DEDUCTED Rs 200 during refund
  6. An order that has been EXCHANGED TWICE, cannot be RETURNED or EXCHANGED
  7. Socks are not eligible for exchange or returns.

  3.  Upload one image of the product with the tags visible, the cloth bag and the box.
  4. If the photo is not proper, your request will get rejected.


  1. Depending on the details provided by the customer, request can take time to be approved upto 7 days. Once images are verified, and request is approved, we will schedule pickup of the return/exchange product from your doorstep.
  2. When returning please ensure that the product is appropriately folded, with tags attached. Kindly pack it with the plastic cover, cloth bag, and cardboard box.) The product should be in resalable condition and should not be used or washed.
  3. The order number should be visible on the packaging or paste a paper where the order number is visible, then only we could identify your order once it reaches our warehouse. IF NO ORDER NUMBER IS VISIBILE, THE PACKAGE MAY NOT BE TRACKABLE AT OUR WAREHOUSE, LEADING TO BE MARKED AS LOST OR UNDELIVERED, RESULTING IN REFUND/EXCHANGE DELAYS

Return/Exchange Process Link:





  1. After approval of request, order items will be picked up from your door step in 3-4 days by our courier partners (Bluedart/Delhivery/Ecom).
  2. Please ensure to include the given details with the return package, as informed in the above given, RETURN/EXCHANGE CONDITIONS, to ensure faster exchange/refund, once package reaches our warehouse.
  3. Post pickup, order will reach our warehouse in 4-7 days. QC will be completed in days' time. On receipt of QC request, we immediately create issue refund to returned order.
  4. Thus, from reverse pick up of RETURN products to refund , will take 7-10 days. 
  5. For PREPAID order, refund will be directly credited to the original mode of payment. After initiating refund, depending on customer bank, it may take 4-7 days for refunded amount to reflect in the account
  6. For COD orders, refund will be done by Razor Pay, payout link. Customer has to fill the details in the link for getting the refund from Razor pay. Depending on customer bank, it may take 4-7 days for refunded amount to reflect in the account.




Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again for deposits from Unwind Minds Private Limited. Due to bank policies, there is often some processing time of about 4-7 working days before a refund is posted.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and he will find out about your return.
