What is your return and exchange policy?
- Our detailed return and exchange policy can be found in the website footer. In summary, we offer a 7-day return and exchange policy. If a customer exchanges a product, they are not eligible to return it. Each product can be exchanged once only, and a Rs. 150 deduction will be made for shipment charges in return orders. Only unused products with tags can be returned or exchanged.
When will I receive my refund amount?
